Baked oatmeal apple mini muffins

Trust me, you will not be able to get enough of these muffins!

Recipe:

1 cup oat flout

1/2 cup of oats

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 ripe bananas mashed

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1 flax egg

1 small apple dices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Add in liquid ingredients and whisk together. Pour into muffin tray. Add apples to top of better. Bake for 20 minutes.

The millennial favorite: avocado toast

It’s a millennial’s favorite breakfast. The ever trendy avocado toast! We know that there are many articles out there making fun of us for this avocado favorite. The headlines usually read “Millennial can’t afford to own home due to avocado obsession.”

Well, I’m going to save you a few bucks by giving you my simple recipe for the fancy toast! Make it at home with very few ingredients and who knows..maybe then you will be able to buy a house! πŸ˜‰

Recipe:

1 Avocado

1 Piece whole wheat bread

Salt and pepper to taste

Garlic salt to taste

Red pepper flakes to taste

All you have to do is mash the avocado with the spices. Pop your bread in the toaster for about two minutes and then spread that delicious green mush on the bread.
